Andrzej is one of the Partners in WTS Patent Attorneys, M.Sc. biotechnology and Polish patent attorney specializing in the protection of inventions in the field of pharmacy, biotechnology, mechanics, nanotechnology and patent searches. He also conducts patent litigations before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and is involved in litigations related to patent infringements.

He graduated from the Faculty of Food Science at the University of Environmental and Life Sciences focusing on biotechnology as his field of study. As the Italian government scholarship holder, he prepared his master thesis at the University of Bologna. The subject matter of this thesis was meat microbiology and the impact of the production and storage conditions on the product health security as well as the production management system design. He worked as a technologist and specialist of the departments of quality management and product development in the food processing companies. He is a qualified leading auditor of the quality management systems and food industry systems. He was involved in the implementation of management systems and currently he is the auditor of the certification body.

He attended to the school of patent Law organized by CEIPI in London. He also graduated from the Postgraduate School of Industrial Property Law at the University of Warsaw at the Faculty of Law and Administration as a part of the legal training for a patent attorney organized by the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys in Warsaw. Nowadays, he is preparing himself to obtain qualifications of an European patent attorney. In 2007 he underwent a training in Boehmert & Boehmert law firm on “Obtaining, Enforcement and Evaluation of Intellectual Property Rights in Europe”.

In WTS Patent Attorneys he specializes in the conduction of patent research and preparation of patent applications in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry, biotechnology, mechanics, nanotechnology as well as in the and opinions pertaining to the exclusive rights violation. He also conducts patent litigations before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and is involved in litigations related to patent infringements.
